ULooka Monitoring (hereinafter referred to as "ULooka") is a hardware and software product provided by Shenzhen Aleksa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Li Dan").
Smart hardware device refers to ULooka smart hardware device (hereinafter referred to as "ULooka"). Mobile client software refers to the APP (hereinafter referred to as "APP") that can manage smart hardware devices after binding with smart hardware devices. You can view the real-time and historically recorded videos of smart hardware devices on the APP; at the same time, Li Dan also provides functions such as image and video event alarm, sound event alarm, voice intercom, etc. through the APP.

The purpose and use of your information collected and used by Li Dan are as follows:
Additional functions refer to service functions other than core functions and third-party functions, which require you to choose to enable and use them. Li Dan will not collect your personal information for the functions you do not enable. At the same time, you can turn off the additional functions through the closing path mentioned below; after turning them off, Li Dan will no longer collect and use your personal information, and it will not affect your use of the monitoring function of the APP.
1. Screenshot and recording. This function allows you to take screenshots of videos when viewing the videos recorded by the camera. You can view the screenshots and photos in the local "Album" of your mobile phone.
2. Voice calls. You and your family and friends can interact with each other through voice through the smart monitoring provided by Li Dan.
3. Sharing smart hardware devices. You can share the QR code of smart hardware devices through WeChat and invite friends to share smart hardware devices. When you share the QR code of smart hardware devices to friends through WeChat, Li Dan will not obtain any information from your WeChat account. After the contact is invited, he can only view the real-time video footage and all alarm message records of the smart hardware device at any time.
4. Modify the P2P password. The initial password of the device can be changed for safer use. The password-related information you set is only saved locally on the phone.
5. 360° rotation. When the phone is remotely controlled, it can be rotated up, down, left, and right to view every corner of your home.
Third-party functions refer to functions provided by third-party software and service providers. Li Dan will only share necessary user data with third parties for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, clear and for the purpose stated in this policy, and with your express authorization and consent, in order to provide you with relevant services. Before using third-party products, please carefully read the relevant agreements and policies of third-party products, and comply with the third-party service agreement when using their product functions.
(IV) Device permission callULooka APP will call some device permissions of your phone in the process of providing services. The following are the business functions corresponding to the APP calling permissions, the purpose of calling permissions, and the situations asked before calling permissions.
You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in the settings function to refuse the APP to collect the corresponding personal information. The display and closing methods of permissions may be different in different devices. Please refer to the device and system developer's instructions or guidelines for details.
Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize Li Dan to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. When you turn off any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. Li Dan will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and will also stop providing you with corresponding services. However, your operation of turning off permissions will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.

Self-start and associated startup instructions
1. In order to ensure that this application can normally receive information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application (ulooka APP) must use the (self-start) capability, and there will be a certain frequency of broadcasting through the system to wake up this application (ulooka APP) to start or associate startup behavior, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services.
2. When you open the content push message of ulooka APP, after obtaining your explicit consent, it will jump to open the relevant content. Without your consent, there will be no automatic launch or associated launch.
3. When you open the file downloaded inside this ulooka APP, it will be associated to launch a third-party app
(V) Security GuaranteeIn order to improve the security of your use of services provided by Li Dan and Li Dan's affiliated companies and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other you or the public from infringement, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions and other security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or ULooka's relevant agreement rules. Li Dan may use or integrate your account information, smart hardware information, APP usage information, and information that Li Dan's affiliated companies and partners obtain your authorization or share in accordance with the law for identity authentication, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
(VI) Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent According to relevant laws and regulations, your authorization and consent are not required for collecting your personal information in the following circumstances:Personal information collected and generated by Li Dan in the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China, and will not involve cross-border transmission.
In the future, if your relevant personal information is processed across borders, and it is necessary to transfer the relevant personal information collected in China to overseas institutions, Li Dan will comply with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations and relevant regulatory authorities. If Li Dan stops operating ULooka's products or services, Li Dan will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the suspension of operations by delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information stored by Li Dan.
Li Dan will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
1. With your explicit consent, Li Dan will share your personal information with other parties.
2. Li Dan may share your personal information with other parties in accordance with laws and regulations, the need for litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

4. Sharing between affiliates: Li Dan may share your personal information with Li Dan's affiliates when Li Dan's affiliates provide services to you or to Li Dan. However, Li Dan only shares necessary personal information, and the processing of your information by affiliates is subject to this policy. Li Dan has taken security measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide and prevent the data from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without authorization. Li Dan will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.
1. Li Dan attaches great importance to the security of your personal information and will strive to take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information.
2. Li Dan will encrypt the transmission and storage of identifiable personal information to ensure the confidentiality of the data.
3. If Li Dan's application uses WebView technology, Li Dan will perform URL verification on all file protocols used in WebView and restrict access to sensitive data and SDCard data of this application to prevent any private files and sensitive information of ULooka products from being maliciously stolen without special permissions, thereby causing your personal information to be leaked.
4. The server systems where Li Dan stores your personal information are all security-reinforced operating systems. Li Dan will conduct account audits and monitoring of server operations. If a server operating system with security issues is found in an external announcement, ULooka will immediately upgrade the server security to ensure the security of all ULooka server systems and applications.
5. Li Dan regularly organizes training on laws and regulations related to personal information protection for staff to enhance their awareness of your personal privacy protection.
6. If the physical, technical or management protection measures of Li Dan are damaged, Li Dan will promptly initiate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding, report it to the national competent authorities in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and promptly take reasonable and effective means such as push notifications and announcements to inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, possible impact, measures taken or measures to be taken, etc.
ULooka is not designed specifically for minors. Minors under the age of 18 need the consent and authorization of the minor or guardian when using ULooka. Children under the age of 14 need their parents or other guardians to read this policy when using ULooka, and children should seek the consent and guidance of their parents or other guardians before submitting personal information.
